Originally from a small town in the Czech Republic and now based in London, I create hand-painted pattern designs using watercolor and gouache. My designs begin as original artwork and are transformed into repeat patterns for textiles, homeware, stationery, and lifestyle products.

I’ve been working as a surface pattern designer for the past five years, creating pattern collections that focus on color, texture, and thoughtful composition. I’m especially drawn to bright color palettes, cheerful yet structured layouts, and painterly details that feel expressive yet considered — designs that bring a sense of joy while translating beautifully across different products.

My creative process usually starts with choosing a color palette. From there, I explore motifs inspired by nature, everyday moments, and the mesmerising textures of watercolor, shaping them into seamless patterns that feel balanced, playful, and versatile.

I collaborate with brands, makers, and creative businesses looking for distinctive surface pattern designs with a hand-painted feel. My designs are available for licensing, and I’m always happy to explore custom pattern development or collaborative projects.
